Shipping policy

Don't worry, our shipping and delivery process is not as boring as it sounds - we promise to make it entertaining!

 

• If you're eager to track or inquire about your orders, you can contact us via Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp on 03274596604. We love chatting with our customers (seriously, we do!).

 

• Lastly, once the order has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or incorrect (we're not monsters, we promise). And, if for some reason, the given address is invalid or cannot be located, resulting in the product being returned, shipping costs will be deducted if you request a refund or reshipment (we don't make the rules, but we have to follow them!).
